Hi, I'm Helen Wang.

I am a Sydney-based Graphic and Motion Designer dedicated to transforming complex information into engaging visual narratives. My approach sits at the intersection of strategic problem-solving and cinematic storytelling.

I received my BA (honours) in Design with a focus on graphic design and digital media from UNSW. Since then, I have developed my design perspective at some of Sydney's most respected agencies, including a designer role at The Thoughtful Agency and an internship at Hulsbosch. My toolkit is diverse, spanning image compositing, photo retouching, and digital marketing.

Currently I work at Nine Entertainment, as a On-Air Senior Motion Graphic Designer. I create compelling graphics to support major breaking news and complex explainers for high-profile national and international stories. I work closely with journalists, producers, and editors to create designs that align, often under tight deadlines. My work here has contributed to Walkley and Kennedy Award-winning news packages and earned me multiple internal awards for excellence in design.

I believe that good design is creative problem solving. I am always eager to learn and expand my knowledge, I would love to help transfer my skills and knowledge to help your business.
