Greenland.

This project explored the geopolitical history between the U.S. and Greenland, focusing on the push to renegotiate military agreements.

To visualise this strategic relationship, I built a map using GeoLayers 3 in After Effects. This allowed for precise topographic detail while maintaining a stylized broadcast look. I utilised Cinema 4D to manipulate an existing flag to display the U.S. flag, which was used in my map to symbolise territorial claims. The timeline was constructed using spatial camera moves that transitioned between the 3D map and floating historical documents.

The project aired the same day on 9News, reaching an audience of 1.85 million viewers, and later accumulated an additional 334,000+ views on the 9News social media.
